DR ART SALINAS

Dr Salinas was born and raised in McAllen, TX. He attended the University of Texas for a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Shortly after completing school, a mentor helped guide him towards dentistry and he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Biology from UTRGV. Dr. Salinas met his future wife while in school at UTRGV and was married prior to starting dental school. He was then accepted to Dental School and graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry Texas A&M Health Science Center in 2014 and was admitted directly into residency at the University of Nebraska for a specialty in Periodontics. While in residency, Dr. Salinas had identical twin daughters and a third daughter before completing residency and moving back home to the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Salinas then started Cornerstone Periodontics & Implant Dentistry with Dr. Stacy Beltran and we have been serving the valley ever since! Dr. Salinas is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

DR STACY R. BELTRAN

Born and raised in McAllen Texas, Dr. Beltran earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science at the University of the Incarnate Word before completing her dental training at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. She completed a 3-year residency in Periodontics, earning the prestigious John F. Prichard prize for graduate research, a publication in a peer reviewed journal and a Patent award for her research. Dr. Beltran returned to the Rio Grande Valley to serve her community in 2014. Since her parents and grandparents are originally from Brownsville, Dr. Beltran appreciates practicing in the area where she developed fond childhood memories. When she’s not working, she enjoys being a mom to her beautiful son, Dominic.

DR CHRIS IBRAHIM

Dr. Chris Ibrahim DDS is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with over a decade of experience in the field. A graduate of the prestigious University of Southern California School of Dentistry, he completed his surgical residency at the Medical College of Georgia also known as Augusta University.

Specializing in procedures, Dr. Ibrahim is renowned for his precision and dedication to patient care. Outside the operating room, he is passionate about education and mentoring the next generation of surgeons. Dr. Ibrahim is committed to providing the highest standard of care, helping patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Professional Interests

All on 4 (over 400+ cases), Sedation, Wisdom Teeth Extraction, Dental Implants, Filler and Botox Injections, Orthognathics, Trauma, and Reconstruction.

Outside of Work

Dr. Ibrahim enjoys spending time with his young nephews, Jayson, and Nathan. With a unique interest in fishing and formula 1 racing, he looks forward to restoring antique English cars in the near future.
